Changes to Annual Filings


Previously, annual filings for Ontario corporations were submitted automatically with your corporate tax return. The Canada Revenue Agency has since stopped accepting these returns on behalf of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery. We must now file these returns separately as part of a new system.

As such, we have implemented a fee of $100 in order to cover the additional time required to file the returns. This fee applies to federally incorporated businesses as well. Please note: if your lawyer files this return on your behalf, we will not invoice you.

We value your business and do our best to keep additional invoicing to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding as we implement this new requirement.
