Ron obtained his Accounting Diploma from Fanshawe College in 1987 and obtained his CPA, CMA in 1991. In 1996, Ron started Source Point Accounting Professional Corporation and has played an integral role in the success of numerous small businesses to date.

As the Owner of a small business himself, Ron understands the challenges that entrepreneurs face. Problem-solving and providing solutions for his clients are his driving forces. Ron particularly enjoys reviewing the previous financial period in detail with clients and discussing both the positive and negative aspects of the past year. He works closely with his staff to ensure that the work done for each client is detailed, accurate, and delivered on time.

Brad obtained his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration- Accounting, Audit and Information Technology in 2014, and obtained his CPA, CGA in 2016.  Following graduation, Brad began working at Deloitte where he was quickly promoted to Senior Staff Accountant.

During his co-op, Brad interned at Source Point Accounting Professional Corporation under Ron’s tutelage, and in 2018 he returned to SPA as Manager. In January 2020, Brad was made Partner of the firm.  He specializes in taxes and providing plans to his clients that work for their lives and businesses, with an emphasis on keeping as much money in their pockets as possible.
