New Ontario Business Registry

On October 19, 2021, Ontario introduced the new Ontario Business Registry. This new system allows Ontario Corporations to complete several transactions online, such as registering, dissolving, and updating information.

In order for us to access this new online system, a "Company Key" is required, which is essentially a passcode and should be kept private and confidential.

Corporations that existed prior to October 19, 2021 must request a Company Key, which our office will do on your behalf. The Company Key will be mailed or emailed to you as the business owner. Please send us a copy as soon as it is received. This new Company Key is also required for your annual filings that we complete.
